About Sacred Christians

What is Sacred Christians about?

We believe faith deserves to be visible. Every cross necklace and bracelet we offer is a daily reminder of God's love, strength and promises – and a simple way to share your faith with others.

Do you support charities?

Not yet – but it's our goal. Sacred Christians is a young, growing store, and as we grow we plan to give part of our profits to Christian charities, such as Bible distribution, clean water projects and care for orphans and vulnerable children. When we start giving, we'll share exactly where it goes.

Can I buy this as a gift?

Absolutely! Every piece arrives in gift-ready packaging, and you can choose a Standard or Luxury box. Our jewelry makes a meaningful gift for birthdays, baptisms, confirmations, graduations, Father's Day, Christmas – or just because. Browse our Christian Gifts.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Every piece is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, then:

  • United States: 2–5 business days (Standard) or 1–2 business days (Priority)
  • Canada: 4–8 business days (Standard) or 2–5 business days (Priority)
  • International: 3–10 business days (Standard) or 2–5 business days (Priority)

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Will I pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes collected by local customs at delivery. These are not included in our prices.

Can I get my order before Christmas?

We recommend ordering as early as possible during the holiday season. If you have a specific deadline, email us before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

What if I don't love it?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Customers in the EU also have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

To start a return, email customerservice@sacredchristians.com with your order number. If your item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Read our full Refund Policy.

What are the pieces made of?

Depending on the piece, you can choose polished stainless steel, an 18K yellow gold finish or a sterling silver finish. Material and finish details are listed on every product page. Our pieces are hypoallergenic and designed for everyday wear.

How do I care for my jewelry?

  • Remove before bathing, swimming or exercising
  • Avoid perfume, lotion and chemicals
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
  • Store separately in a dry place, such as its gift box
